This was the first time I’ve been invited to photograph the Ames Percherons in the spring and what a delight it was! This time, instead of a whole team, I photographed a mare and foal. This foal will grow up, turn dapple grey and pull a wagon. The way he moved already showed hints of that powerful stride Percherons are known for!
